Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Alejandro Rincón Rodríguez, based in Spain. You can write to privacy@gridreplay.com about anything related to your data.
What data we collect and why
When you join the waitlist we store your email, the exchange where you run grid bots and your answer on whether you would pay for the full version. We use them only to:
- let you know when early access opens and send you launch updates;
- understand, in aggregate, how many people are interested and which exchanges they use.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising. We never ask for API keys or access to your account on any exchange.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form (Article 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation). You can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or, at most, 24 months from when you signed up if the product never launches.
Who else can access it
Only the technical provider we need to operate, acting as data processor: Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the website, stores the waitlist and forwards contact email. Cloudflare is a US company; the data transfer is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and its data processing agreement.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to privacy@gridreplay.com. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or with the data protection authority where you live.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we measure visits, we do so with a tool that uses no cookies and stores no personal data.
